Best Buy shaves $75 off 16GB, 32GB HTC-made Google Nexus 9
Alexandra BurlacuBest Buy has a neat new promotion in store for the HTC-made Google Nexus 9, selling both the 16GB and 32GB models of the tablet for $75 off.
The Nexus 9 is widely considered one of the best tablets currently available on the market, boasting high-end specs and features all around, in addition to the great Nexus experience that promises timely updates when a new version of Android is ready for release.
In fact, the Nexus 9 was the very first tablet to arrive with Android 5.0 Lollipop on board out of the box, as it came as one of the launch vehicles for the last major version of Google's popular mobile operating system.
At the same time, the Nexus 9 also marks the revival of a collaboration between Google and HTC, as the two companies had not worked together on a device for a long time.
As a reminder, the HTC-made Google Nexus 9 tablet sports an 8.9-inch display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and a 4:3 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the slate packs a powerful 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, 192-core Kepler graphics, and 2GB of RAM for a fast and fluid performance.
The Nexus 9 further features either 16GB or 32GB of internal storage capacity, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 1.6-megapixel front shooter.
Best Buy is now having an attractive promotion for the Google Nexus 9, slashing $75 off the tablet's regular retail price. With the new price cut, the 32GB Nexus 9 now costs $324, while the 32GB model of the slate is available for $404. The retailer is offering the Nexus 9 in both the Indigo Black and the Lunar White color options, regardless of storage size.
This price cut is likely part of a limited-time promotion set to expire soon, but Best Buy makes no mention of when the deal will end. Consequently, interested customers who want to take advantage of this offer and get the Nexus 9 for $75 off might want to take advantage of the deal while it's still available.
