Ever struggled to make your inbox email free? Feeling tired of reading and answering those emails which despite you spending endless times on it seems to have new email every minute added instead of bringing down the number? If you are using Gmail, consider your problem about to be made easier.

Google has been making one progress after another. Developing devices, smartphones, and apps or technologies that will help consumers have an easier life. The latest one of these is their "Smart Reply" technology which seems to be some sort of an Artificial Intelligence or AI system.

Smart Reply is said to be a machine learning program integrated into the inbox by Gmail apps. It will be able to analyze your email and make or suggest some email responses for it. Google has announced that they are about to release "Smart Reply" anytime soon.

So how does it exactly work? According to Google, Smart Reply will somewhat be like a quick response option, working out like how Apple Watch works with offering up certain responses to text based content.

So it would be, when you open an email in your inbox, Smart Reply will analyze its content and provide three responses based on it. You will then have the option to select one of these responses then after selecting it, you can just press send and voila, your email replying is done. By doing so, Smart Reply saves you time which you could have used thinking about the best response to your email message.

Smart Reply also learns. The more times you use it, the better it will be able to adapt to your style of email responses. Google says their "Smart Reply" won't always get the answers right, which is why three options are provided. One can also edit the replies to make it in your own words, which in a way, is also teaches their technology along the way.

Aside from being able to provide already made email responses, Google promises that Smart Reply will be able to figure out which among your email messages need to be responded, meaning they will be able to make sure you won't be just wasting your time on spam or newsletter messages.

According to Google, both versions of Smart Reply for Android and iOS versions of Gmail apps should be out later this week. For now though Google has no plans yet to make Smart Reply be available to the regular Gmail apps or on the main Gmail website inbox.

Smart Reply is the latest effort of Google to bring AI and machine learning to their products. They are also planning to bring machine learning to their "Google Now" smart assistant and to their "voice search" system.
