The release date of 2K Sport's top basketball simulation game "NBA 2K17" is set for September, but fans who will order the game ahead will be getting it earlier, along with tons of sweet bonuses, Forbes reported.

Those who will preorder will get the game on September 16, four days earlier than the rest. There are also three versions of "NBA 2K17" available for preorder.

The "NBA 2K17 Standard Edition" will feature Indiana Pacers shooting guard Paul George on the cover.  The bundle will come with 5,000 Virtual Currency, a MyTeam bundle guaranteed to include a Paul George Free Agent Card, and more. The "NBA 2K17 Standard Edition" is available for $59.99.

As a self-confessed NBA 2K fan, he said that he is happy to represent the 2K brand this year, according to VG 24/7. The next version is the "NBA 2K17 Kobe Bryant Legend Edition," featuring the retired basketball player on the cover. The package comes with a Limited-edition Kobe poster, a Black Mamba controller skin, and 2 Panini Kobe physical trading cards. It will also come with digital content, which includes 30,000 Virtual Currency, a MyTeam bundle with three packs guaranted to include a Kobe Free Agent card, 2K Kobe XI shoe. Kobe #8 Mitchell & Ness jersey, Kobe hoodie, and more.

The "NBA 2K17 Kobe Bryant Legend Edition" costs $79.99.

Finally, it also includes all the preorder bonuses that comes with the Legend Edition, plus an additional 70,000 Virtual Currency, 2 additional MyTeam Packs with guaranteed Michael Jordan Free Agent card, Nike Kobe Shoe Collection, and Special Kobe lenticular cover insert. All these will be priced at $99.99.

There are six more players forming Team 2K. The official Twitter page will reveal each player every 12NN during the week. On Friday, Rookie of the Year Karl-Anthony Towns joins the Team 2K roster.
