Kevin Durant is currently one of the hottest names in the free agency trade. Even though he had a successful meeting with his current team, reports hinted at the possibility that he might leave the Oklahoma City Thunder for the Golden State Warriors.

According to Lee Jenkins from Sports Illustrated, the main thing that the 27-year-old basketball player is looking for in a team is the championship opportunities. Lee also said that that Durant wants to choose a team which is already set up to win.

The Warriors is reportedly the one team which can provide Durant with what he is looking for -- a ready-made championship team, reported  ANN. According to Jenkins, he will opt for the Golden State Warriors as they have recently performed well in the last NBA season.

There are rumors that the Golden State Warriors' trade pitch for Durant on Friday would also include Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Steve Kerr, Bob Myers, Joe Lacob, and Klay Thompson.

On the other hand, many trending NBA trade rumors have teased at the possibility that Kevin Durant will stay with his current team, the Oklahoma City Thunder. There are reports that the 27-year-old has been offered a huge contract to remain in tact.

According to one of Durant's close friend, Charlie Bell, his decision of remaining with the Thunder again has been already 90 percent made, reported ESPN. Bell also said that his friend will think of joining other teams except Thunder only if they provide him with some amazing opportunities.

After a five-hour meeting on Thursday, few reports claimed that the Oklahoma City team is expecting to meet Durant in the Hamptons once he is done with the process of meeting other teams.

The other teams who will meet Durant during thetrade event are the Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs, Miami Heat, and LA Clippers. Forbes reported that Kevin will meet the Clippers on Friday, the Celtics on Saturday and the Heat on Sunday. The Los Angeles Clippers will pitch the idea of an all-star team with Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan to Kevin Durant to lure him into their side.
