To those who are fond of wearable devices, the one from Apple is surely among the options being considered. In fact, the clamor for more sound Apple Watch 2 rumors on the release date and specs is getting louder.

It can be recalled that the original Apple Watch was release on April 24, 2015, and 19 months after it, there have been no definite details yet on the possible announcement of its successor.

Will the American tech giant finally decide to launch it together with the iPhone 7 or MacBook Pro 2016?

As what the Tech Radar Apple Watch 2 rumors suggested, the upgraded device is expected to arrive in September, alongside iPhone 7.

With barely two months before its anticipated release date, the report noted that it must be a real upgrade compared to its predecessor considering that the Apple CEO, Tim Cook, has committed that it will be "'better and better' and it'll be something you can't imagine having lived without."

While some expected that it will be announced during Apple's March event, the iPhone SE and iPad Pro 9.7 models were introduced, instead.

The report further dished in the rumors it gathered that the September release date of Apple watch 2 is really possible based on what some sources from the supply chain have declared that production will start by third quarter of this year.

In the meantime, Mac Rumors reported that amidst the absence of an upgraded Apple Watch, the original model's sales have notably increased since its launching.

According to UBS, a Swiss bank, Apple was able to sell a total of 1.7 million units of its Apple watch in the June quarter, showing an increase of 100,000 units compared to its estimate of 1.6 million sales in the March quarter.

Keep posted for more rumors on the release date and specs of Apple Watch 2.
