As consumers continue to wait for the arrival of GoPro Hero 5, the most recent rumors suggested that it will be released together with the Karma Drone this holiday season.

While it is still unclear if the action camera will be made available by Christmas, some have already surmised that it could be the best release date.

According to Value Walk, there is a possibility that the new camera from GoPro, Inc. might be offered as a bundle with the Karma Drone.

The CEO of the company behind the widely-popular action camera, Nick Woodman, eased earlier this month that GoPro Hero 5, along with two other devices will be will already be available starting this holiday season.

When it comes to the expected specs of the highly-anticipated gadget, the report hinted that it would already be capable of producing a 4K video shot at 60fps, a feature that is considered to be a "big leap" from the current flagship action camera from GoPro, the Hero 4.

As with the waterproof feature of GoPro Hero 5, rumors suggested that it can be submerged up to a depth of 60 meters, and it will also be smaller than its predecessor.

In the meantime, Ecumenical News reported that the upcoming device from GoPro may already boast of a live streaming functionality, a feature that will set it apart from Hero 4.

With the company sealing a deal with Periscope, the site noted that the feasibility of GoPro Hero 5 sporting it is high.

It can be recalled that in January, Go Pro, Inc. signed a partnership with the live video-streaming app company.

Aside from this feature, the report also shared that it may already run using the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor that is capable of producing even an 8K video.

Keep posted for more GoPro Hero 5 rumors and updates before its official release date is finally announced.
