"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is releasing in roughly two months and fans are alreayd excited to relive the stories and take role of the main protagonist that protect the series' rich lore. Here are some updates to the upcoming game.

The short trailer above shows another footage of the gameplay and introduces new transformations like the Giant Namekian.

The brief trailer also showed the game's intense combat mechanics, which will hopefully be a huge step up to the previous "Dragon Ball Xenoverse," which had a very shallow combat experience and cheesy and unfair boss stages and fights as per IGN's review.

Customized Ki Blasts can also be seen in the video and this means that players will be able to tailor-make their own Ki Blasts with varied effects and personalized feels.

While Goku Black, the recent anti-hero from the on-going "Dragon Ball Super" series, is already a confirmed character to be introduced in the game, the entire roster isn't revealed yet and some may them to surface in a few weeks.

As with the first "Dragon Ball Xenoverse," players will be able to relive the stories and the iconic battles of the lore. Players will create their own avatar with a wide selection of expanded race type.

The Hub City is also expected to be better than before by becoming seven times larger than the original and will cater up to 300 players online all at the same time.

The game will also get free updates and get post launch support for more than a year as per Steam's product listing. This feature would be very much in use, especially the day-one release of the game where the servers will get extremely crowded.

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is scheduled to be released on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in North America this coming Oct. 25. Europe and PC/Steam release will be on Oct. 28.
