The upcoming sequel to the first RPG-esque "Dragon Ball" game entitled "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" is about to be released in two months. Still, players will have a chance to try it out early on as the Open Beta demo is made available.

Gamespot reported over the weekend that "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" open beta will be made available for public in order for players to try out the new features that the game will offer.

No specifics were made as to what content will be included, but fans are hoping for a chance to explore the new Hub area, which is described to be seven times as large as the original one from the first game.

On top of the free open beta demo, a new character also made its way in the "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" roster. The famous Majin Vegeta from the Buu saga is added in the game.

The transformation was due to Babidi's mind control power over Vegeta, making him faster and stronger.

A new multiplayer mode called "Expert Mission" is also added. This will pit six players against giant NPC bosses and Saiyans' "Great-Ape" form and giant Piccolo comes into mind.

The video above also shows a number of additions as well like Super Saiyan 3 forms for Saiyan race, Nimbus Cloud for human race, Great Namek form for Namekian race, Kid Buu form for Majin race, as well as Golden Forms for Frieza race.

The single player mode also gets a hefty amount of quests, which doubled the number in the first "Xenoverse" game. The system for rare item drops also gets a new mechanic and will also make it possible for players to find costumes and accessories through it.

"Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" is slated to be released on October 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (Steam).
