'Skyrim's' 'Enderal' Mod: The Answer For 'Elder Scrolls 6', Installation, Looting Guide, More

Fans still have no clue when "Elder Scrolls 6" will be released, let alone, announced. Fortunately, the modding community for "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" is still hard at work and brought us possibly the best mod in years in the form of "Enderal."

"Enderal" is a complete total conversion for "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim," and according to a number of user reviews, the mod happens to be one of the greatest, if not the greatest mod around in Skyrim's years of modding.

Boasting a lifespan of around 30 to 120 hours of game time, "Enderal" could be the biggest total conversion for "Skyrim," which has AAA production values complete with professional voice overs and original story.

Installing the game is very easy, especially for those who had been modding their "Skyrim" games recently. It can be done by visiting the official Nexus page here.

Players can watch the video below for more detailed instructions regarding proper installation of the mod:

The great thing about "Enderal" is that it wouldn't mess with the original "Skyrim" game, but instead, uses its assets in order to run its own standalone program. This also preserves any save games from being damaged and messed up like how it is common with most mods for "Skyrim."

Loot Location Guide

As the mod describes, a number of "Skyrim" core mechanics had been modified in the mod so it will not play out exactly similar with the vanilla version of the game.

Folks from reddit under the subreddit "enderal" came up with a nifty guide regarding loot finding.

For those who would like to make things easier and find loots faster, they can refer to this list that is compiled by redditor fireundubh. An alternative list in HTML form can be found here.

This list covers the following categories:

Armor

Weapons

Misc. Items

Skill Books

Consumables

Spell Tomes

Scrolls, including Teleport Scrolls

Soul Gems

Books

Keys

Magical Symbols

Ice Claws

Ore Veins

In order to use the location data, players need to use the mod Where In Oblivion Am I At? to pinpoint their current locations and where to head to.

Stay tuned while we await for any official announcement for "Elder Scrolls 6" or "Enderal."
