"Sons of Anarchy" Season 8 is coming to the big screen and the movie might be both a spin-off and a prequel. However, there were speculations swirling online that Charlie Hunnam will have no role to play because of his alleged fight with the show's creator, Kurt Sutter.

Previously, Sutter in an interview with Deadline has voiced his interest in doing a prequel that will feature John Teller instead of Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam's character).

"At some point I do have plans to hopefully do the prequel, which I do see as a one-off 10- or 12-episode thing," he said.

"We begin in Nam and see John Teller and Piney and see how that relationship got created, and bring them back to the States," as he explained his idea "and the obvious external dynamics that were going on with the country and the perception of the war and what an odd kind of perception these vets got when they returned home."

"And then have it be the development of the club, ending before we start to get too close to some of the mythology that's already been established," he continued.

However, many believed that this is the reason why Hunnam will not be included in the upcoming series.

Moreover, just recently the 36-year-old actor challenged "The Bastard Executioner" creator via Twitter post to a 22-push-up-challenge.

"Charlie Hunnam's #22PushupChallenge DAY 7! @sutterink consider yourself challenged," said Hunnam in his post.

Sutter, on the other hand, accepted the challenge without any hesitation adding that he loved the actor.

"I'm old and fat, curb your judgement. Hunnam's #22PushupChallenge DAY 1! @richroll challenged! I love you Charlie!"

There is no official date as to when would be the coming of the "Sons of Anarchy" Season 8, but the movie is said to premiere on 2017.
