After the 2003 release of the original "Beyond Good & Evil," the game never got its truly deserved sequel. Interestingly enough, designer Michael Ancel teased everybody with a recent post that could hint the much-awaited sequel.

In a recent Instagram post by none other than Michael Ancel himself, fans had the idea that the designer, along with the team, is already planning to release a sequel or they might have already started doing so. Ancel posted a picture showing

Somewhere in system 4 ... - Thanks #ubisoft for making this possible !

The picture could mean anything, but the captions indicate something more exciting.

"Somewhere in system 4 ... - Thanks #ubisoft for making this possible !"

Ubisoft is highly suggesting fans to follow and stay tuned to Ancel's account on social media for updates and the eventual revelation of the sequel, which felt like forever to wait for.

For those who have forgotten, System 4 is a name of a place in the game "Beyond Good & Evil." The pig could represent a younger version or even somebody related to the original game's "Pey'j." As how things look at the image, it would seem like the man could be the new protagonist in the game.

The original game was released way back 2003 for the PC, PlayStation 2 and the original Xbox. It scored a high score of 87 on Metacritic and is one of the few games that featured a unique gameplay and an equally great storyline.

It was later re-released on March 2011 as "Beyond Good & Evil HD" with a more modern feel with upgraded graphics and higher resolution. It preserved the core features that the original game had on its original release and still managed to get review ratings of 8.5 from IGN.

Stay tuned as we await and anticipate the upcoming sequel to "Beyond Good & Evil" that we've waited for so long .
