Our comparison of the Galaxy J7 Prime, the LG V20, and the Huawei P9 devices has highlighted their spectacular features including IPS LCD display, AMOLED panel, and different powerful chipsets. Below we have jotted down all the specs to help you choose the best buy option amongst the three devices.

To start with, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime features a metallic chassis along with Gorilla Glass 4 screen protection. It also consists of a fingerprint scanner underneath the home button for additional security provision to the users. The LG V20 phone sports a metallic chassis and consists of a dual-camera setup on the rear panel. Besides, the Huawei P9 has a thinner body and a metallic chassis. It also features a fingerprint scanner on the back panel along with a dual camera setup with wide antenna strip.

In terms of display, the J7 Prime has a 5.5-inch screen along with IPS LCD display panel and full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.  On the other hand, the LG device sports a huge 5.7-inch screen with IPS LCD and an always-on secondary display board. It also offers 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution. Whereas, the P9 phone consists of a 5.2-inch Full HD screen with IPS-NEO LCD display panel.

When it comes to the performance-related specs, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime sports an Exynos 7870 processor with an octa-core CPU and 3 GB RAM along with internal storage of 32 GB, which is expandable up to 256 GB. The LG V20 phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset whereas the Huawei P9 features a HiSilicon Kirin 955 octa-core chipset with two variants having different RAMs and internal storage options of 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal capacity or 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of storage.

Furthermore, the LG V20 surpasses the other two devices in terms of camera specs with two 16-megapixel, 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front camera. On the other hand, the J7 Prime phone consists of a 13-megapixel primary and an 8-megapixel secondary camera whereas the Huawei P9 device consists of a 12-megapixel rear and an 8-megapixel front camera.

As far as the software specs are concerned, the LG V20 is hyped to be the first phone to run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime runs on the latest version of the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS and TouchWiz UI skin. Lastly, the P9 phone consists of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow software with EMUI skin.
