Details about Johnny Depp's "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" have been kept under wraps. Though fans have not gotten a lot of updates for the next installment of the movie franchise, rumors are rife about possible plots.

"The Pirates of the Caribbean 5" will be named "Dead Men Tell No Tales," but this title will only be carried in the US. The movie will bear different titles in different countries. As reported by Slashfilm, it will be subtitled "Salazar's Revenge" in the UK and "The Revenge of Salazar" in Italy, Spain, and France.

As per report, though the film will carry different titles, what is certain is that it is clear that the film will give focus on Javier Bardem's character, Salazar.

The official plot synopsis revealed that Captain Jack Sparrow will once again find himself in more trouble as his ghost pirate enemies are out to hunt him. They will be led by Salazar, who has escaped the Devil's Triangle and is determined to put an end to Jack Sparrow. Jack can only survive with the help from the Trident of Poseidon, which allows anyone who possesses it to control all of the seas.

Despite rumors earlier saying Johnny Depp won't be returning to the movie series and was replaced, it was proven wrong and in fact, he returns as Captain Jack Sparrow. He's joined by Javier Bardem, Kaya Scodelario, Brenton Thwaites and Golshifteh Farahani. Series veterans reprising their roles for the movie include Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa, Kevin R. McNally as Joshamee Gibbs and Stephen Graham as Scrum.

To recall, The highly anticipated sneak peek came more than a year after producer Jerry Bruckheim revealed the first photos of Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow on social media, confirming his appearance on the movie series.

"Captain Jack is back and we're not letting him go," he shared.

Johnny Depp's "The Pirates Of The Caribbean 5" opens in theaters on May 26, 2017. However, there were no official announcements regarding new sequels to follow the much-anticipated fantasy movie series.
