British tech company Wileyfox is trying to make an impression among the consumers with its latest smartphone offering, the Swift 2 Plus. Here is a comparison of the new smartphone from Wileyfox and the 2016 launch from Motorola, the  Moto G4.

Looking at the physical design, The Moto G4 smartphone is taller, wider and denser than the Swift Plus 2 model. The Wileyfox smartphone, however, has a better sleek design than the Motorola' s offering as per GSM Arena.

When it comes to display, the G4 model has a larger screen and better screen resolution than the Swift Plus 2 model.

According to  Inquirer, the Wileyfox Swift 2 Plus is powered by  1.4 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm  Snapdragon 430  octa-core processor  supported by  Adreno 505 GPU .The Moto G4  is powered by 1.5 GHz octa-core  Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 supported by  Adreno 405.  It seems the Moto G4 smartphone holds the edge when it comes to faster CPU speed.

The Swift 2 Plus has twice the internal storage capacity as that of Moto G4 smartphone. However, when it comes to expandable storage options, the Moto G4 smartphone has  twice the expandable storage capacity than that possible in the Swift 2 Plus model.

The Swift 2 Plus smartphone also has twice the Ram capacity than that found in Moto G4, which makes it better for running of multi-applications simultaneously.

The Wileyfox Swift 2 Plus comes with a 16 MP rear camera and a 8 MP front camera whereas the Moto G4 comes with a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. From the specs, the Wileyfox  smartphone seems to be the better choice for the shutterbugs.

The Moto smartphone t tops the charts when it comes to battery capacity though  Wileyfox smartphone packs a decent battery capacity .

The British newcomer Wileyfox's offering  does impress in many areas, especially in the camera specs. It does have a close run in with the Moto G4 and does emerge the winner in some area. The choice between these two smartphones more or less would depend on either brand preferences or personal preferences.
