Champions League Final 2012: Watch Live Stream Online (Bayern Munich Versus Chelsea)

Johnny Wills

After four years, Chelsea has again reached UEFA Champions League Finals, and this time the match is against Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. Before semi-finals, it was believed that the two rival Spanish clubs - FC Barcelona and Real Madrid - will clash in the finals. Surprisingly, star players from both teams (Messi, Kaka and Ronaldo) missed out penalty shootouts, and as a result, the current UEFA champions - Barcelona - and the most successful club at UEFA - Real Madrid - got knocked out of the league.

Allianz Arena football stadium at Munich is all set for the kickoff that will take place on Saturday, May 19 2:45 PM Eastern Time.  Opened in 2005, Allianz Arena is one of the world's most modern football stadiums with a capacity of over 69,000 spectators.

Chelsea will enter the stadium without the leadership skills of club's captain John Terry. Also, one of the key defenders, Branislav Ivanovic, is out of the game. The Blues will also be missing Raul Meireles and Ramires from their midfield.

On the other hand, Bayern Munich is also facing a similar situation. The Bundesliga giant will miss center-back Holger Badstuber and left-back David Alaba. But the conditions are not as serious as at the English club.

The defense on both sides is badly affected but Bayern will be lining up Arjen Roben, Franck Ribery and Mario Gomez to take advantage of the absenteeism on Blue's defense.

We cannot predict the final score as this is UEFA and anything can happen here.

"Those players like Lampard, Drogba, Cole and [29-year-old Michael] Essien, who were in Moscow for the final [in 2008, when they lost to Manchester United], will have extra motivation. They will be the most dangerous, they know maybe it is their last chance to try and win it," said Germany international Bastian Schweinsteiger.

And yes, you can watch the electrifying game online. The game kicks off on Saturday, May 19, 2:45 PM ET.
