NBA Trade Rumors: Chicago Bulls To Bring In Atlanta Hawks' Paul Millsap In Exchange For Nikola Mirotic?

The latest NBA trade rumors suggested that the Chicago Bulls might enter a deal with the Atlanta Hawks involving power forwards Nikola Mirotic and Paul Millsap.

Sports Rageous reported that the Chicago Bulls is currently planning to improve its roster in order to improve its ranking in the Eastern Conference and thus, make it to the playoffs easily. Reports touted that the Bulls are eyeing Millsap, as he will provide the team with excellent defensive skills. This is expected to help the team to provide a tough competition to other teams in the NBA league.

Forbes reported that the Chicago Bulls are looking forward to trading Mirotic because of his inconsistent performance in the current NBA season. The NBA trade rumors suggested that Millsap might be teamed up with the Chicago Bulls' key lineup comprising of shooting guard Jimmy Butler, Dwyane Wade, and point guard Rajon Rondo. This is rumored to help the Bulls to put up high scores on the board and win a number of matches.

In order to seal the deal with the Hawks, the Chicago Bulls are also expected to send their shooting guard Denzel Valentine along with a future first-round NBA draft pick.

On the other hand, the Atlanta Hawks are also purported to benefit from the trade deal as adding Mirotic and Valentine will help them to improve their defensive and offensive skills. It is expected to help the Hawks to improve their ranking in the NBA league.

However, as of now, there is no official confirmation on the rumored trade scenario consisting of Mirotic and Millsap.  Nevertheless, few reports stated that both the teams are expected to divulge information about the deal before the trade deadline.
