A group of mod developers have released a teaser trailer featuring an upcoming "GTA 5" Liberty City Mod where players will be able to experience the famous Liberty City as seen in the "GTA 4". And, the best part is that the city will not replace the already existing cities of Blaine County or Los Santos, but will be a part of the "GTA 5" world.

The mod developers, who are known by the name OpenIV, stated that the Liberty City from the Grand Theft Auto 4 will be available in the upcoming "GTA 5" Liberty City mod and it will be accessible across the sea. The group said that they made it possible using powerful codes through OpenFormats and OpenIV. This will lead to a more enjoyable and diverse experience in the game for PC gamers.

Those who have already played GTA 4: Liberty City, already know how big that map is. With its addition to the releasing "GTA 5" Liberty City MOD, the game will have more to explore. OpenIV used an automated convertor code that transforms the Liberty City map from the GTA 4's copy to that of "GTA 5". This technique keeps the mod size as low as possible as conversion takes place instead of complete downloading.

The mod developers also stated that "GTA Online" will not have this mod playable due to restrictions from Rockstar Games. They warned us that the mod is probably going to be banned from the online version of the game. No release date is confirmed yet, OpenIV will soon bring out the "GTA 5" Liberty City Mod. Many gamers loved the Liberty City from "GTA 4" and finally they will be able to relive the moments as soon as the mod comes out.
