Keisuke AkioThe official patch for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" is now available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. The 1.1 Update fixes a variety of issues for online and offline play. The in-game QR Scanner exposes a special secret that will excite players anticipating for Generation 3 Pokemon to start appearing.
At present, when starting up "Pokemon Sun and Moon," you will get a prompt to download the latest patch. "Pokemon Sun and Moon" 1.1 update comes in at 296 blocks or 37 MB of storage space to download. The latest patch is essential for network features and online play, according to Powerup Gaming.
"Pokemon Sun and Moon" 1.1 update fixes a glitch with Z-Moves (Z-Parting Shot, Z-Memento) on Battle Spot. It also fixes a glitch when your knocked-out Pokemon wearing a Rocky Helmet knocks out an opponent. Moreover, it fixes a glitch that causes certain Pokemon, such as Kadabra and Confusion, to not learn moves after evolving. Z-Parting Shot and Z-Memento will also not be allowed on Battle Spot until Season 2 starting January 17.
To swiftly go into the eShop download menu for the free "Pokemon Sun and Moon" 1.1 updates, use the 3DS QR Scanner on the QR Codes linked. It will automatically scan the proper code when using the built-in code reader whatever version you may be using. These codes come with a little bonus, too, if scanned in-game. This will give you Pokedex entries for Generation 3 Pokemon that don't appear in the Alola region, says Gameranx.
You will get Grumpig for "Pokemon Sun" and Clamperl for "Pokemon Moon." To scan QR Codes in-game, load your save file in "Pokemon Sun" / Moon. After that, load Open the Rotom Pokedex and Select QR Scanner. Automatically, the camera will activate. Hold R or the Right Shoulder Button and line up a QR Code in the square.
The image will appear in detail and begin scanning if successful. You will unlock a non-generation VII Pokemon that you can use immediately. Stop by a local Pokecenter to pick your new Pokemon up and trade them to your team. Good luck and have fun!
