Bethesda has been teasing the development of "The Elder Scrolls 6" due to "Skyrim's" popularity. However, the company has not yet confirmed it's official release date. Since 2011, the company's fifth installment of the "The Elder Scrolls" has been highly regarded due to the game's endless play.

The addition of cool mods that provide upgrades to the game improves the overall game experience. With that said here's the top "Skyrim" PC mods that are worth checking out this week.

The first mod that's worth checking out is GEMS. Returning players find it difficult to look for existing mods and it requires a ton of hard work. Browsing Nexus can be time-consuming, there are thousands of files to look through.

Tired of beating the same foes? Diverse Skyrim adds over 100 NPCs in "Skyrim." It adds a breath of air by adding 100 unique NPCs for players to beat up.

Plus the mod adds racial diversity to "Skyrim." Players that are bored to see the same faces when taking up quests might have to check this mod out.

SC-Men Faces

Most of the modders out there are crazy for females character mods. It covers At least 95 percent of the coverage from the modding community.

SC-Men Faces mods male characters too look nice and tidy. It eventually makes a player's character look like a Korean Male star. But it takes the macho bravado for most of "Skyrim's" hardened heroes. But for those who want to check it out, it's still a cool mod to give a players male character some cosmetic looks.

TK Dodge & Spellsword

This mod was a bit buggy when it first came out, but eventually, the developers caught up with its amazing potential. It lets a player's character dodge and executes a ton of escape moves.

Plus TK dodge adds real time dodging to the game and it's fantastic. It puts a "Dark Souls" feel for the 6-year-old game.

The Spellsword mod allows the spellsword to spew out magic to the game's adversaries. It's one of the newer mods for "Skyrim" that is worth checking out.
