"Overwatch" Funko Pop Figures Revealed!

Rommel

"Overwatch" pop figures became a thing last year after the game was released May 2016. Toy manufacturer, Funko, revealed the pop figures along with the release of the game and this year, the second wave of these Funko figures are out!

"Overwatch" easily becomes 2016's Game of the Year and Blizzard Entertainment is giving back to its fans for the warm response they gave to the team-based shooter game they released just eight months ago. Insightful thoughts circulate with regard to hero nerfs and buffs buzzing the possibilities of character match-ups becoming canon. New skins are also released for special holiday events - one of which is the Chinese New Year event that will kick off tomorrow. For release time, check it here.

And it seems like the "Overwatch" train is just starting. American company Funko has launched its Wave 2 of the game's pop figures. As released in their official Twitter account, Funko revealed the pop figures to the fans with a photo link to the blog with details and info when and where the figures are going to be available. They said: "We know you've been dying to see who is coming in Wave 2."

The second wave will be happening at the London Toy Fair, with six of the game's heroes featured - glasses-adored snow queen Mei, cigar-smoking McCree and spunky Lucio included. D.va, Symmetra and Reinhardt had special customizations. Symmera's signature turret, Reihardt's taller stance (at six inches!) with a massive rocket hammer and adorable tank hero D.Va has a six-inch version of her Meka.

In its first wave, the Funko pop figures for "Overwatch" included time-traveling Tracer, deadly Reaper, sharp-shooter Widowmaker and genetically-engineered primate Winston. The game recently hit 20 million registered users and the merchandising methods will sell upon official release. The game is currently available for PS4, Xbox One and Microsot Windows OS.
