Asus ZenFone AR and Zenfone 3 Zoom were already announced earlier this year and most recently, the Taiwanese company has introduced its new premium tablet the ZenPad 3S 10 LTE.

The recent new premium tablet ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500KL) shouldn't be mistaken with the ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500M), which was launched last year with a 2.1GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT8716 chipset integrated in it. Aside from it has a different model number of Z500KL, the most recent model is apparently equipped with a much different 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, together with Adreno 510 graphics processing unit, a 4GB RAM and a 32GB internal storage.

Furthermore, the ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500KL) is reportedly featuring a metal finish that is only 6.75mm thin while its dimensions are measuring 242.3 x 164.2 x 6.75mm. Its weight is about 490g since it is backed up by a generous 7,900 mAh battery. This said battery will apparently provide users with up to 16 hours of usage.

As mentioned with its name, the tablet comes with LTE support and reportedly has a 9.7 display QXGA having 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and with multi-touch support and Tru2Life+ technology. As for the optics, it packs an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus (1080p video recording) which is perfect for taking photos from time to time but unfortunately, it apparently lacks LED flash.

Moreover, it has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera which still supports 1080p recording. It reportedly comes with the Z stylus as well, which Asus claims that it supports up to 1024 pressure levels, and has a battery life of 150 hours. The new slab is pre-installed with an Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

With regards to its sensors, it includes the, gyroscope, e-compass, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, cap sensor, and hall sensor. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, USB Type-C, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, AGPS & GLONASS, and the 3.5mm audio jack.

The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE is available only in Slate Grey, which carries a price tag of RM1, 799 or $405 which includes a protective cover and custom designed stand. However, there is no official announcement or details about the tablet's international availability.
