Call of Duty haters are in for a surprise with the Black Ops 2 multiplayer trailer. Call of Duty Black Ops 2, is the latest Call of Duty game from Treyarch and Activision. The gameplay and the whole game in general looks exceptionally clean, something we can't say for the previous Black Ops game. The trailer showed a lot of new weapons and gameplay elements that should get even the most diehard Call of Duty hater thinking about a purchase.

As you may already know, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 story and gameplay is set in the future, so what does that mean? There will be some cool futuristic weapons in the multiplayer to hopefully set the tide in your favor, or put a turn for the worse on your kill death ratio. The trailer showed off weapons such as a knife that has the ability to electrocute some poor bastard, a new type of riot shield that can be planted in one spot to provide cover. There is even a gun which enables the player to see enemies through walls and smoke, we can see where weapons like this one could frustrate some players.

Over the years, Call of Duty games haven't been a striking difference from one another, but Treyarch is changing things with Black Ops 2, and that's a hell of a good thing if you ask us.

Electronic Arts is gearing up Medal of Honor: Warfighter to go up against Activision's top money maker; after seeing what can be expected in the multiplayer, we have reasons to doubt the new Medal of Honor is capable of surpassing Black Ops 2. Hey, better luck next time EA, try again with Battlefield 4 next year, or the year after that.
