'Akiba's Beat' Europe Release Date Delayed To Spring 2017; Limited Edition Announced
Switchy SamGoing to Tokyo, Japan is every anime fans' dream. Recently, the same publisher and developers of the action-RPG and adventure game, "Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed" will release another game entitled "Akiba's Beat." The locations and elements of the game are directly taken from Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan. With the mix of real-time combat, players will experience a whole new game. In addition, players should focus on leveling up and making the characters strong in the game as the difficulty level rises. Lately, PQube announced a delay in the release date from early 2017 to Spring 2017, as reported in Gematsu.
As fans are eagerly waiting for "Akiba's Beat" to get released, a delay in the game's release date might decrease the interests of fans and players. PQube might have a strong reason behind delaying the game's release. The release date for the PS Vita version of the game was also delayed in Japan.
Furthermore, a limited edition will be available for "Akiba's Beat," which includes the game itself, a high-quality art book, and a unique package box. However, only selected retailers in Europe will sell the game's limited edition. The select retailer for Europe will be GAME. Fans and players can pre-order the game for £49.99 for the PlayStation 4 platform and £34.99 for PS Vita. While "Akiba's Beat" release date has been delayed, it is expected that the quality of the game will remain the same.
Recently, "Akiba's Beat" "NEET Edition" was announced that includes an official soundtrack of the game, an art book, a special bag, a plushie, and the game itself with a different cover. This edition is different from the one distributed in Europe by GAME, Siliconera reports.
