The list of Xbox Games with Gold March 2017 has been recently released. This makes up the March 2017 lineup of free games offered by the console. The latest lineup of Xbox's Games with Gold is now available. These games are available for free on the condition that you have Xbox Live Gold subscription. These games will remain available to you as long as you keep your subscription active.

The games included on the list of Xbox Games with Gold for March 2017 includes "Layers of Fear," which will be available starting March 1 until March 31. "Layers of Fear," is a horror game that gives strong Playable Trailer atmospheres. You play as a painter that comes back to his studio to finish his masterpiece. Along the way, you run into an excess of different things such as an altering environment and disturbing jump scares.

"Evolve: Ultimate Edition" is also included in the Xbox Games with Gold for March 2017, which will be available for free beginning March 16 until April 15. The game is an irregular multiplayer with five players. One player is the lone monster and the other four are hunters trying to bring the monster down.

In addition, "Borderlands 2" is included on the list of Xbox Games with Gold for March 2017 and will be available for free starting March 1 and will end on March 15. "Borderlands 2" is a loot-based shooter with RPG essentials. This is the 2012 release and not the remastered version. The game will offer hours of fun either by yourself or with friends. Moreover, the game offers 4-player online and split-screen co-op.

"Heavy Weapon" is also included and will be available beginning March 16 up to March 31. The game is an Xbox Live Arcade game where the player maneuvers a tank and takes it through 19 levels, says Heavy.

Both "Heavy Weapon" and "Borderlands 2" are available on the Xbox 360. These two games form part of Xbox One's backwards compatibility program, according to Major Nelson. On the other hand, "Project Cars: Digital Edition" will remain free until March 15. The game was part of the second half of February's Games with Gold lineup.
