Both Microsoft and Nokia are ramping up advertisements for Windows Phone 8 devices. Windows Phone 8 is coming packed with some cool features, but that alone will not be able to draw consumer interest and which is why both companies are bringing celebrities on board to promote the devices.

Windows Phone 8 is not new to celebrity advertisement, because at the recent Windows Phone 8 launch, Hollywood actor Jessica Alba was onstage promoting Windows Phone 8 and the Nokia Lumia 920 handset. It was a good look and sign of things to come from Microsoft's advertisement team.
One of the first advertisements with a celebrity, is one with popular UK TV presenter Holly Willoughby. This particular advertisement is promoting the Kids Corner feature in Windows Phone 8, expect the ad to run across primetime TV content in the UK.
Another advertisement to look forward to on TV is one with Will Arnett, a popular Canadian actor and comedian. The advertisement doesn't promote any specialized feature, just the Nokia Lumia 920 and why consumers should purchase one.
