It is evident that the Windows Phone 7.8 update is close, as information and videos of it being demoed are becoming plentiful. Windows Phone fans have been waiting a long time for this; however, the million dollar question is if this update is enough to keep them interested in the platform.
The video demo of Windows Phone 7.8 is shown to be running on a Nokia Lumia 900. At first glance, one can tell that there are improvements in speed as things appear to be snappier than before. The new start screen and tile resizing was showed off as well, along with the new Xbox icon.
Do not expect to see much in this video, because it is only 0:37 seconds long, but still worth watching if you're a fan of Windows Phone and have been waiting patiently for this update.
