Samsung Galaxy Music Dock Pops Up On Amazon Germany With €130 Price Tag
Rumors of a Samsung Music Dock for Galaxy devices have intensified recently, and now the device has popped up on Amazon Germany.
The purported Music Dock aims to make it easier for Galaxy device owners to connect their tablet or smartphone to a home stereo and enjoy a superior audio experience. The product itself, model number ESP-30B, will likely make its debut at or around the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013, which will take place in January in Las Vegas, and reach stores sometime in the first quarter of 2013.
The audio accessory will reportedly feature a micro USB port at the bottom to allow music playback and charging at the same time. Furthermore, the Music Dock will also support playback via auxiliary-in or Bluetooth.
The much-rumored device has now popped up on Amazon Germany, with a listed price of €129.90. Samsung's Music Dock accessory certainly doesn't come cheap, as other Audio Docks available on the market come with more accessible price tags. On the other hand, the device's long compatibility list may make it worth it for some users.
Samsung's Music Dock is compatible with all Galaxy smartphones, and it also supports devices with Windows Phone and proprietary system. The listing on Amazon Germany also offers a full list of supported devices - just scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Previous leaks indicated that the device will be available in three color options - black, red, and silver - and it will come with USB Audio Class, universal dock station, Bluetooth 3.0, 6W power (2 x 3W), power volume button, charging port, and 3.5mm audio plugin.
The site currently lists the device as on offer from Dec. 24, but the product also appears out of stock at the time of writing. Amazon Germany does, however, allow users to place an order now and receive the unit as soon as it becomes available, which may be any day now.
"You will receive an email with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information. Your account will only be charged when we ship the item," reads the out-of-stock announcement on Amazon Germany.
