Galaxy S4 is one of those highly anticipated smartphones that have been on the Web nearly every day since the time they were somehow revealed to the public, and now the S4 has more details to offer for all the interested fans out there.

Per reports, the Galaxy S4 from Samsung is said to arrive with an AMOLED screen that will give the new and upcoming device a nice and a massive edge over all other upcoming smartphones in the market.

It is said that it is not just any AMOLED panel but one that will use a brand new green PHOLED technology, which uses phosphorescence instead of fluorescence to increase the device’s power efficiency.

That the Galaxy S4 will be arriving with this new PHOLED technology was first revealed by SamMobile in one of its reports talking about the features that the S4 will carry once it has been made official by the company.

“According to our insider, the Galaxy S IV will use a new kind of Display. The new AMOLED material called “green PHOLED” uses color GREEN-YELLOW makes these AMOLED display’s 25% more efficient. Which is good news for the battery life,” SamMobile states. The resolution that has been set for the panels is of course Full HD.

Now if users check the related video (see below), it can be heard that the man in the video is saying: “I know this is going to be one of the most amazing products to hit the market, since TV were color.”

Moreover, at the end of the video there is a very high brightness when the box is opened, and this could hint about the new screen technology from Samsung.

The other important detail to arrive about the S4 is the fact that the device will offer another new technology known as the floating touch, and new because this will be the first Samsung device to offer the technology after Sony already tried its hand with it in the Xperia Sola.

The floating touch, as the report says, “is like using your finger as a cursor or Samsung’s Air View which can be very handy, for example hovering over a Picture Album to get a sneak at the pictures inside.”

Apart from this, the device will run Android 4.2.1 out of the box and will be provided with the Android 4.2.2 update in the same month of release, alongside a new camera feature called Samsung Orb (360 degree photo capturing known as Photosphere.
