Time for Nintendo 3DS users to rejoice, as a new firmware update is available for the device that brings one touch back up to the SD card. It's not the biggest and most important 3DS update; however, this particular update should make fans happy and make saving files much easier from now on.
The new update allows for saving game data with just a single touch of a button. Not only does one touch allows for the saving of games data, but also it does the same thing for apps. It' a pretty straight forward and seamless feature, something that should have been a part of the Nintendo 3DS since day one. Still, it is never too late to have new features coming to the handheld so fans should welcome this with open arms.
To save all your data at once, just simply tap the Save-Data Backup button and watch the magic happen right in front of your very eyes.
According to Nintendo, "If you have system update 2.0.0-2U or higher, you don't need to do anything except agree to the update. It will be downloaded automatically when you are in range of a wireless Internet connection and SpotPass is enabled. If you have never performed a system update, connect your Nintendo 3DS system to the Internet, and find the System Update option in your system settings."
One touch is not the only feature coming to the 3DS via this new firmware. If you have never downloaded a Nintendo 3DS firmware before, you should get the following features as well.
1. Downloads that run during Sleep Mode
2. Data transfer when you go from game card to digital
3. Easy organization with Folders
4. More Nintendo eShop content
5. New puzzles in StreetPass Mii Plaza
