The upcoming Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet has been leaking a lot recently and now some new information has emerged, detailing the device's expected specs.

The Lumia 1520 will launch as Nokia's first phablet and it will run the latest version of Microsoft's Windows Phone mobile operating system.

While the device is yet to make its initial debut, various leaks and rumors have tried to paint a picture of what to expect. The latest report comes from Nokia Power User adds some more details regarding the phablet's "probable top specs and features."

According to the publication, the 4G LTE Nokia Lumia 1520 will sport a 6-inch PureMotion HD+ AMOLED display with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) processor, Adreno 330 graphics and 2GB of RAM under the hood. A large 3,400 mAh battery will keep things up and running.

The device is expected to boast a 20.7-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, improved Panorama and optical image stabilization (OIS), as well as the Nokia Camera app with improved saturation settings. A dual-capture mode would allow users to snap 5-megapixel and 16-megapixel images, while the maximum usable sensor resolution would be 18 megapixels in 4:3 aspect ratio. The phablet's camera would also offer 1.8X lossless zoom for still images and 4X for 720p shots.

The Nokia Lumia 1520 will reportedly come in 32GB and 64GB internal storage configurations, with microSD card support for additional memory. The super-sized smartphone would require a Nano SIM card. Color options include black, white, and yellow. The report further claims that the global variant of the handset will sport built-in wireless charging.

In terms of availability, Nokia Power User claims that AT&T will launch the Nokia Lumia 1520 sometime during the second week of November. The device will reportedly become available globally in December. When it comes to pricing, the report lists a $299 price tag on-contract and $699 off-contract. Nokia is expected to officially unveil its upcoming phablet on Oct. 22.

Keep in mind, however, that it's all in the rumor state for now, so take all leaks, rumors and reports with a grain of salt until Nokia makes an official announcement.
