'Telstra Lumia 1020, Lumia 925, HTC 8X, HTC 8S to get GDR3 soon

Telstra has started testing Windows Phone 8 Update 3 (GDR3) for the Nokia Lumia 1020, Lumia 925, HTC 8X and HTC 8S, as well as the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Sony Xperia Z1 and Samsung Galaxy S4.
