Samsung India is set to announce the highly anticipated Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ smartphones in in the country on April 19, but it remains to be seen whether or not potential buyers will be able to get their hands on the devices on the same day or if they are made to wait until 21 or even April 28.
