"Final Fantasy XV" - Square Enix's latest entry into the hit Japanese role-playing game (JRPG) franchise "Final Fantasy" - was finally released worldwide on Tuesday, Nov. 29. Both avid fans of the franchise and those who will play a "Final Fantasy" title for the first time were excited to finally get their hands on the game, which took approximately 10 years to make.

Gamers around the world are now enjoying "Final Fantasy XV's" immersive plot, compelling characters and gorgeous landscapes, and they are in for another treat. Square Enix is apparently working on upcoming downloadable content (DLC) that will feature Yosuke Matsuda - Square Enix's CEO - in a boss fight.

Players who can't wait for the upcoming DLC can check out the "Mystery Disc" video released at the "Final Fantasy XV" Release Eve Official Community Broadcast, a special live stream event that was held in Japan to celebrate the game's launch.

The video features Noctis going on a quest to rescue Prompto, who has magically turned into his younger self, but with a catch. Noctis competes against a giant version of young Prompto in a race to collect sweets, then he eventually fights Yosuke Matsuda, who apparently has the same combat skills and penchant for magic as the prince of Lucis.

In a separate Famitsu live stream event, the game's director - Hajime Tabata - announced that gamers will also get to experience the surreal boss fight themselves since it will be part of upcoming DLC planned for "Final Fantasy XV." Tabata jokingly shared that Square Enix's CEO didn't mind being part of the "Mystery Disc" video and that he was more than happy to have his likeness featured in the special version of the game.

Other planned content for the title includes a free "Holiday Pack" DLC that will allegedly add a New Game+ feature to "Final Fantasy XV." The free DLC will also let players restrict the level cap in the game, along with other features. "Final Fantasy XV" is now available for the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One consoles.
