Apple Pays Tribute For Mothers With 'Shot On iPhone' Campaign
Eve CesistaApple pays tributes for mothers as the special day for them approaches by continuing the "Shot on iPhone" campaign. The sweet Mother's day advertisement was hot entirely via the savvy iPhone 6s.
A week before the celebrated time, Steve Job's company decided to compiled photos of moms interacting with their children to create the ad. The photos and videos were then captioned byt the "amateur" iPhone user who took the shot, as per Mac Rumors.
Apple started the campaign in 2015, showing images gathered from both the amateur and professional photographers. The 30-second clip, which depicts every mother's journey on parenthood, has already reached more than 140k views in YouTube as of writing.
"Celebrating motherhood through the lens of iPhone users around the world," states the caption. While comments are disabled for the video, The Verge wrote that it was a "heartwarming collection while a "nice man with an inoffensive voice and an acoustic guitar" is playing on the background.
Many might be asking for the song that was played, because it creates a warmth feeling, and as a result, Mashable reveals that the song title is "Because You Are Who You Are" by K.S. Rhodes.
Meanwhile, 9to5Mac might have noticed that Apple has been creating advertisements to in a "fast-paced" mode to promote their products. The Mother's day clip followed the videos highlighting the Earth Day and Apple Watch adds which features celebrities like Nick Jonas, to name one.
In other news, ZDNet tackles the future that Apple hold beyond the iPhone. As per website, the sales of the big 3- iPhone, iPad and Mac dropped despite of the 39.4 percent gross margin. What would the company do to maintain their status?
In a short term basis, they speculated that Apple could still improve the upcoming iPhone 7 with a waterproof or bigger battery perhaps. On a long term, they guessed that the colossal company could launch an Apple Car.
But then, could it be the reason why they are eager to release such catchy advertisements? Readers will find out soon.
