Samsung has recently released a new set of Smartphone to compete with Apple's iPhone 6 and 6S in China. However, users of US will have to wait until it is released locally.
The appearance of the new range of Samsung Galaxy C series is close to Apple's slim design and also has several similar features.
Both the handsets include a fingerprint scanner, a metal shell with antenna bands and a camera module, which is located centrally, according to News Australia.
Notably, the Galaxy C7 is rumored to have a 2.0 GHz Snapdragon octa - core processor, and a storage space of 32 GB. The estimated screen size is 5.5 inches, and it will have 1920 x 1080-pixel resolution. The phone will also have a 16 megapixel rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera.
The Galaxy C5, is rumored to have a 5.2 inch screen without an yet unknown screen resolution. In addition, Samsung C7 will have a bigger battery of 3300 mAh, compared to the C5's 2600 mAh.
Samsung's C5 and C7 are currently only available in China, but the FCC, meaning that the Korean tech company might soon launch in the US, competing with Apple, has certified them.
Incidentally, the new series of Samsung Galaxy will be a lot cheaper than other flagship phones with similar features. The cost of this is around $335, which is cheaper compared to Apple's iPhone.
Presently mobile development companies like Xiaomi, Huawei and Apple dominates the mobile market, but that could change soon, with the launch of Samsung Galaxy C5 and C7 on June 17.
