The fourth and final DLC for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will finally clarify what happened towards the end of DLC 4 of "Black Ops 2."

In an inteview with Gamespot, Treyarch executive producer Jason Blundell revealed that the final expansion for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will present a conclusion to the Zombies storyline of the game.

The last DLC for "Black Ops 3" is said to answer some questions and resolve cliffhangers in the long-running Zombies arc, which started in "Call of Duty: World At War."

"I think I enraged the community some when I put in this video that showed Samantha in a house with a boy called Edward," Blundell recalled the ending of "Black Ops 2."

"They were playing with zombie toys. Then an alarm goes off and you hear Max's voice calling them down to the basement," Blundell continued. "The characters say, 'I wish our heroes in our stories were real.' Then we dropped to black. That was the end of 'Black Ops 2'."

Blundell said that the last DLC will spark emotion in the player.

The upcoming DLC is said to be unveiled at the "Call of Duty" XP Fan Event in September, according to Playstation Lifestyle.

The fan gathering is billed by Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg as the "biggest 'Call of Duty' fan celebration in history."

The event will reveal a lot of exclusive "Call Of Duty" information such as "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" multiplayer and Zombies, as well as hands-on demos of the multiplayer mode of"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" remaster.

It will also host the much awaited 2016 "Call of Duty" World League Championship Finals, Activision's biggest Esports event ever.

"Call of Duty" fans who want to xperience the event in person can book their tickets on the official "Call of Duty" XP website. XP 2016 will be held at the Forum in Inglewood, CA from Friday, September 2 to Sunday, September 4.
