'Elder Scrolls 6': What Fans Want To See In Next Installment; Release Date Still 'A Very Long Way Off'

With Bethesda teasing fans about "Elder Scrolls 6" a few months ago, it is hard not to get excited about the game. Fans have long awaited the next "Elder Scrolls" title, and here are some of the features they want to see in the game.

Better Followers And Companions

Some "Elder Scrolls" players like to do it solo, but companions are always welcome additions to a party.

It would be great to have more interactions with followers in the game, like giving them more interesting personalities, and maybe their own mini questlines and background stories. It would be a big step up for the player's companion.

More Dynamic Environment, A Changing World

Environment can be made to change as players complete quests. It could be a simple change in dialogue for townsfolk or maybe a change in enemies encountered.

More Weapon Choices

"Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" had a smaller list of weapons to choose from compared to its predecessors. Fans expect "Elder Scrolls 6" to have a wider array of weapons to choose from.

Better Armor Customization

Some fans are asking for more improvements on the smithing front, especially when it comes to customizing armor. "Fallout 3" has custom weapon schematics that can be applied to the next "Elder Scrolls" title as well.

This would mean that armors will be unique instead of looking generic.

Co-op Mode

While some fans might be put off the idea of "Elder Scrolls 6" going multiplayer, some would like to play with friends and complete quests together. A Co-op mode is a great addition to the next "Elder Scrolls" game.

Fans all want these and more. Unfortunately, "Elder Scrolls 6" is "still a very long way off" according to Bethesda's Todd Howard, and it would take a long time for fans to actually get their hands on the game.
