'Suicide Squad: Special Ops VR': Game Might Be Better Than The Actual Movie
C. de LacyThe movie "Suicide Squad," being a good comic book adaptation is very subjective. Fortunately for those who thumbed it down, "Suicide Squad: Special Ops VR" can make things look and feel a bit better in virtual reality.
UploadVR reported before that the movie itself will be experienced in VR in the upcoming San Diego Comic Con, but it would seem like Warner Bros. is bring fans more treats as the mobile game "Suicide Squad: Special Ops" will also be made available for VR.
Oculus Store now has the game available for download for free. The game is also available for normal Android and iOS devices for free as well.
The game doesn't really have any in-depth story, which the movie attempted to deliver well. It may even be in line with other normal first person shooters on the mobile, but it certainly delivers a great experience.
The game lets players take the role of three members, namely Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and El Diablo. Each of the characters has their own unique skillsets, weapon, and sub-weapon.
The game's goal is pretty much straightforward and just like other games, the player's aim is to eliminate every enemy in waves without dying.
The game offers plenty of challenges and is quite entertaining on either short bursts or longer play sessions, but "Suicide Squad: Special Ops VR" isn't as groundbreaking and is still not a saving grace for the movie's shortcomings.
Funny enough, "Suicide Squad: Special Ops" isn't performing as bad as its movie counterparts as it is getting more positive reviews. The game is highly rated in Appstore and Google Play, getting 4.5 stars out of 5.

The game "Suicide Squad: Special Ops" isn't an innovation in videogame standards, but it does provide a nice distraction for those who like with mobile shooting games like "Contract Killer" and are fans of DC's group of anti-heroes.
