It looks like a very busy year end for Creative Assembly as the team is currently working on bringing the next DLC to "Total War: Warhammer" before Christmas.

"Total War: Warhammer" fans are eager to get their hands on the next DLC for the game, following the release of its latest DLC "The King and the Warlord," and Legendary Lords Wurrzag and Grombrindal The White Dwarf.

Now Creative Assembly said on the Total War Wiki that the team is working on another content drop which is due out before Dec. 25.

"Yes, our next major DLC expansion, and the next Free-LC is due before Christmas," Creative Assembly confirmed. "It is growing now, there will be more news soon."

The team did not give any more information about the upcoming DLC, but most fans speculate that Creative Assembly is finally releasing the Wood Elves DLC, which has been on the rumor mill for quite some time.

According to totalwars.ru, the Wood Elves DLC is supposed to be released after the Beastmen DLC, which was already released in July named "Call of the Beastmen."

The developer also announced earlier this week that the Bretonnia Faction, which was supposed to be released this year, will be moved to 2017, and will be included in the "Total War: Warhammer Old World Edition.

On the FAQ section, Creative Assembly explains that the reason why Brettonia was delayed is because the team has added more content to the package, including additional units and a third Legendary Lord.

The Old World Edition will be a physical-only release for the game. The bundle includes the base game, all the free-LC's released so far, the Bretonnia Race pack, and an exclusive novella, 'The Prince of Altdorf' by "Total War" writer Andy Hall.

Existing players will still get the Bretonnia Race pack as a free-LC when the "Total War: Warhammer Old World Edition" drops in February next year.
