Last December 16th, the Tree of Savior moderators has introduced the Rank Reset Voucher, as it is self-explanatory, it allows the player to reset the rank of a character in the player's team. Though the reset voucher will help to re-establish the build of your character, there are a few things to consider before you use it.

First and foremost, where can it be acquired? It can be retrieved from your lodge in the message box. Sadly, only one voucher will be provided per account, and can only be used for a single character in your team. The voucher cannot also be moved from one character to another and no additional vouchers would be given out, so make sure to choose wisely!

After receiving the voucher, you only have 14 days until it expires, so it must be used within the designated time. The item will be now visible in the inventory of the character who has the voucher. A fair warning, the item cannot be disposed of, traded and moved through the team storage.

The following detail is important before using the Rank Reset voucher. The character to be reset should remove all equipped items. Any class advancement costumes in the inventory should be unlocked. If the character for reset is still learning attributes, make sure to wait and learn all attributes until completion. The character would not be able to learn any attributes after resetting.

Make sure of the following is done, no companions should be following your character. Make sure there are no shops open or shops being used by the character. Even crafting, enhancing items/gems and combining cards are not allowed while the voucher is in use.

Most importantly, if the character to be reset is a Templar guild master, make sure to transfer first the position to another player, else leave the guild. The voucher has noticed before actually using it, make sure to check that all the listed requirements are followed.

After using the reset voucher, the character will reset to Class Level 1 of Rank 1, and you will automatically receive the amount of Rank Cards necessary to return to Class Level 1 of your character's original Rank. All Rank Cards obtained are bound to the character that receives them and is untradable.
