Looks like the huge fanbase of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare are in for a treat as the first batch of downloadable content for the hit first-person shooter video game is slated to be released for PlayStation 4 on Jan. 31, game publisher Activision officially announced earlier this week.

The DLC, dubbed as Sabotage, encompasses four new multiplayer maps --- along with a brand new episode for Infinite Warfare's Zombies mode, which is staged in a cabin in the woods. In addition to the next episode of Zombies in Spaceland story, the new multiplayer maps will include a rebuild of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's Afghan and Rave in the Redwoods.

Here's a detailed description of the multiplayer maps:

Noir: Drawing inspiration from the modern Brooklyn at night, this is a classic three-lane map that centers on a dystopian future that is filled with cafes and parks set against the backdrop of a cruel midtown warzone.

Neon: Devised for urban warfare, Neon is a virtual training center that is primarily a one-of-a-kind, digitized battleground. This is where an array of structures like cars makes an appearance out of nowhere and adversaries crumble into infinite pixels when knocked. While middle lane sightlines will prove useful for long-range players, the outsides of this map will facilitate brisk counterattacks during a close-quarter action, according to a blog post on Activision's official website.

Renaissance: This map is set in Northern Italy and places players against each other on the streets of Venice. The narrow streets are fenced in classic buildings and architecture that push for unceasing action throughout the vicinity of this epochal city.

Dominion: It is basically a redesign of the vintage Afghan map from COD: Modern Warfare 2. The map is now set on Mars; however, it still clings to the mind-blowing landmarks and gameplay of the aboriginal paired with some trivial overhauls to exploit the new movement system, according to Polygon.

Meanwhile, COD: Infinite Warfare's Zombies mode will be extended with the upcoming DLC's Rave in the Redwoods, which is set in a forsaken camp-turned rave party that is brimming with horrifying Zombie enemies. But that's not all. The Zombies add-on will equip players with bevies of new weapons, traps, and introduce a new character known as The Slasher.
