PlayStation 4 Exclusive Games Fans Can Expect This 2017
Nicole T.PlayStation 4 owners and players likely had a great 2016 when it came to gaming experience. As 2017 unfolded, fans can expect that the great times will continue on as there will be new PlayStation 4 exclusive games that will be released.
First off, is the "Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star" from Marvelous. According to MWEB GameZone, the game will be released in North America and Europe this January. However, it had already been released in Japan in November 2016. Also releasing this January is "Gravity Rush 2" from Sony and "Yakuza O" from Sega.
"Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" is also a long awaited game finally coming to PS4. The game is from Square Enix and will be released in Japan on January 12 and worldwide on January 24.
Bandai Namco's "Tales of Berseria" will be released on both PlayStation 4 and PC. The game is slated to release January 24 in Japan and January 27 for the rest of the world.
Up next is "DYING: Reborn," a horror puzzle game from Oasis games. Fans can expect its arrival this January, as well.
As for February releases, "Nioh" from Sony and Team Ninja will be released together with popular titles: "Horizon Zero Dawn" from Sony and Guerilla Games and "NieR: Automata" from Square Enix and Platinum Games.
"MLB The Show 17" from Sony is expected this March while "Persona 5" is going to be available in April. The "Persona" franchise is from Atlus.
After a month of no possible releases, "Wipeout Omega Collection" of Sony, Clever Beans and EPOS Game Studios will come to stores on July. The last with confirmed date release is "Shenmue 3" from Ys Net that will arrive on December.
There are other titles that have been confirmed to come out this 2017. However, no official date was announced yet. These are "Gran Turismo Sport" from Polyphony Digital and Sony, "God of War" also from Sony, Ninja Theory's "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice" and "Drawn to Death" by Sony and The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency. "Loot Rascals" of Hollow Ponds and "Gang Beasts" from Boneloaf and Double Fine Productions are also coming out this year.
In addition, "Matterfall" from Housemarque will also come out on PlayStation 4. "Vane" from Friend & Foe, "Dreams" from Sony and Media Molecule, "Pyre" from Supergiant Games and "Knack 2" from Sony are also confirmed for 2017.
Of course, big titles like "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" from Sony and Naughty Dog and "Detroit: Become Human" from Quantic Dream and Sony will come out. These are with remakes of "PaRappa the Rapper" from NanaOn-Sha and Sony and also "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" by Activision and Vicarious Visions. It will also be a big year for PSVR as titles like "Golem" from Highwire Games, "GNOG" of Double Fine Productions, "Starblood Arena" and StellarVR's "Korix" are coming out soon.
