Most people wishes to welcome the new year with a new habit, in hope of becoming a better, brand new person. However, such thing does not happen automatically as it needs time, effort and discipline. The sad part is, it's easier said than done but with the help of some apps, one can find inspiration to go on and be the best they can be through exercise, proper diet, and having enough sleep.

One of the recommended iOS and Android apps is the "Yonder", an app that helps users find and share outdoor journeys based on the user's interest and location. By choosing from one of the categories, users can check out local options and scan the feedbacks from the fellow "Yonderers" about their most favorite moment. Another one is "Headspace", a free app available for iOS and Android devices. The said app blocks out the noise from the user's troubled ear and help him find the peace that he is searching. Users will start by taking the free Take10 Program, an introduction to the practice of meditation for 10 minutes a day, which is beneficial for those who are feeling down.

Next in line is today's famous music app -- "Spotify." Some people may fail to notice but this app has a feature that matches the user's tempo by creating a running playlist. This means that there's no more user's wasted time from skipping a song or creating a playlist. Finally, there's "Sleep Cycle", an app that is for free but with in-app purchases on iOS while costing $1.99 on Android. The app gives users the chance to monitor their sounds and movements and at the same time, detect the user's depth of sleep. This app will not only give users the chance to track their sleeping patterns but also, motivate them to sleep well.
