Aside from the side quests that you can activate by talking to non player characters (NPCs) such as Navyth the Fisherman and Dave the Hunter, you can also accept side quests from Holly in "Final Fantasy XV." Holly works at the power plant in Lestallum.

According to IGN, Holly's side quests can be accessed once you reach Cape Caem during Chapter 8. To begin her side quests, talk to Holly. She is waiting in front of the entrance to Lestallum's power plant.

Holly's first quest is "Steam Valve Inspection," and players will receive 2,000 EXP for each party member and 2,500 Gil. Talk to Holly, then start looking for eight specific valves scattered all around Lestallum. Keep an eye out for sets of "three vertical blue pipes with three valves aligned per pipe horizontally." Some of the valves also have steam coming out of them. When you are done, return to Holly. If you are having a hard time looking for the valves, watch the video below for their exact locations.

For "Power to the Pylons," Samurai Gamers reveals that rewards include 3,000 EXP and 5,000 Gil. Talk to Holly again, then head to the quest markers on your map. All three pylons have a ladder and can be identified by a nearby orange cable car.

The first pylon is in the western part of Lestallum and the second one is in the northern part of Old Lestallum. The third and last pylon is in the northern part of Fort Vaullerey. Once you've inspected all three valves at the top of the pylons, return to Holly to claim your reward.

Holly's last quest is "Holding Back the Dark," which rewards players with 4,000 EXP and 10,000 Gil. Go back to Holly at the power plant in Lestallum, and she will ask Noctis to go to three different locations in Lucis. Noctis will need to look at the lights in the specified quest markers on your map.

The first location is in Cleigne at the Burbost Souvenir Emporium and the second location is in Duscae Duscae at Coernix Station - Cauthess. The third location is also in Duscae by the Cauthess Rest Area. Do take note that after you head to the third location, you will need to fight enemies that show up to complete the quest. Once you are done, go back to Holly to receive your reward.
