'Halo 5' Getting A 'Classic Helmet' DLC This February; Warlord Playlist Out Now
Nicole T.Fans are commending the developers of "Halo 5" for an impressive job on the game's support. Staying consistent, the game makers have promised another DLC this February. In addition, the Warzone playlist is available now but for a limited time only.
According to GameSpot, developer 343 revealed that it is releasing a "Classic Helmet" Req pack. The said pack will contain nine helmets that are now posted on 343's weekly blog. Although the pictures of the said helmets are already out, the pricing for these has not yet been announced.
The "Classic Helmet" Req DLC of "Halo 5" is slated to come out in February 9. However, the developers said that the date could still change. This is mainly because the nature of the development is fluid. According to the developer's post, the dates are always subject to change.
However, fans do not have to wait for that long for a new "Halo 5" surprise as the "Warlords" playlist is now live. It is available on the "Halo 5" Warzone mode. The only downside to this is it's only available this weekend.
The playlist can enable a "Halo 5" gamer to play a 12-person roster instead of only six. They could only enter matchmaking if they have the team of 12 players. To help with that, it is recommended that players join the "Halo" Club on Xbox One to help form a team.
Controversy surrounded "Halo 5" recently when the developers decided to cut down the number of players each time. However, the people behind the game insisted it had "positive effects."
"The change to 6-person fireteams has had a positive effect on Warzone results for a large majority of matches played and our current plan is to keep it in place and monitor as we do with every list we run," 343 said.
