The third live stream featured the game designer Isao Negishi from Platinum Games, the producer Yosuke Saito, and two special guests, Keiko Isobe and Meari Hatsumi, who voice Operator 21O, Operator 6O, and Anemone. The official website of Platinum Games present the overview of the game and some screenshots from trailers and streams. The Japanese version of the official website can be viewed as well, where players can view the development blog for the game.
