Apple iPad Pro 2 & Apple Pencil Update: iPhone 7 Plus Inspires New iPad Pro; New Sensors In Stylus
Ritwik RoyA concept video on the Apple iPad Pro 2 has revealed new design, colors, iPhone 7 Plus dual-rear camera and 10.5-inch display. It seems that Apple has taken a lot from its flagship smartphone, the iPhone 7 Plus. It is commonly believed that the Cupertino tech giant will release a 10.5-inch iPad Pro 2 this year along with two other models. The new iPad Pros will reportedly have the updated A10X processor, upgraded rear cameras and 4/6GB of RAM. The three tablets will basically be updates to 2016's devices.
According to Tech Times, Apple has not revealed any information on the rumored 10.5-inch iPad Pro 2. Hence, a concept video has been made using specs and features in the Apple iPhone 7 Plus. According to the video shared below, Apple will be using dual cameras in the iPad Pro 2. These were first introduced in iPhone 7 Plus. These cameras have caused quite a stir and many actually opted for the 5.5-inch display and not the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 because of the cameras. The Apple iPad Pro 2 camera could be of 12MP with 4K video recording support.
Even the design of the new iPad Pro is greatly inspired from the iPhone 7 Plus. It's available in various color options such as Gold, Rose Gold, Black, Jet Black and also Wine and White. The new tablets, slated to release this year, will reportedly be upgrades to last year's 12.9-inch iPad Pro, a new 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and an affordable 9.7-inch iPad. Fans are also expecting an upgraded Apple Pencil and they are calling it Apple Pencil 2. Apple is said to be bringing a magnetic system that will allow the accessory to attach directly to the iPad Pros.
There have also been talks of Apple adding a new sensor to the Apple Pencil 2 that will allow the top of the device to act as an eraser. New nibs with built-in sensors may also be added to the stylus. Stay tuned on Mobile & Apps for more updates on the Apple iPad Pro 2.
