Lenovo Tab3 8 Plus Updates: Launch Expected At MWC 2017; What We Know So Far

The Mobile World Congress is the world's largest assembly for the mobile industry. Organized by the GSMA, it will take place in Barcelona from February 27 to March 2.
Lenovo, which recently made its budget offering K6 Power official, is set to launch a few more tablets at the event. Among them is the much-awaited Tab3 8 Plus tablet, which could get the attention even of the non hard-core fans.
Lenovo Tab3 8 Plus Specs
The Tab3 8 Plus, as reported by The International Business Times, sports an 8-inch WUXGA display with resolutions of 1920 x 1200, an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC. Packed with an 8 MP back camera with a LED flash set up, it supports a secondary 5 MP front snapper for selfies. It also comes with personalized profiles for each family member, and a dedicated Kid's Mode for young users.
The Lenovo Tab3 8 Plus has a 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, MicroSD card slot for expansion of up to 128GB and dual front Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. It is IP52 certified, making it resistant to water splashes and dust. It also packs a generous 4,250 mAh battery. These specs are in line with what all the last year's leak had revealed.
Price & Availability
As reported by Phone Arena, the much-anticipated Lenovo Tab3 8 Plus would also reportedly be made available in two commercial variants: a Wi-Fi-only edition and an LTE variant. It is said to come in silver and blue. There's no word on pricing or availability as of this writing, but we'll definitely find out more; so stick around for updates.
