‘Batman Arkham’ New Title To Launch Soon? What Could Await Fans In March?

A recent tweet from IGN France sparked an online buzz that Warner Bros. might be working on a new "Batman Arkham" title. Though the tweet did not exactly say what the company is set to reveal on March 8, fans were quick to speculate that another game from the franchise will soon launch. But what caused fans to think that it's another "Batman" game? Find out below.

A report by ComicBookMovie explained that the font and theme of the image tweeted by IGN France is quite similar to the ones used on the previous "Batman Arkham" title. This apparently started speculations that the tweet is a tease for a new "Batman Arkham" game. In addition, the former teaser of an earlier "Batman" title announcement also used the phrase, "Save the Date," which is the same as the phrasing used in the said tweet.

"Save the Date" is widely and commonly used in special announcements, though. That said, fans are advised to take such speculations with skepticism until the official details are released on March 8. However, those who want to puzzle out some clues on whether or not a "Batman Arkham" title could potentially launch in March, continue reading below.

In a report from Segment Next, it was revealed that there is already an earlier leak that points to a new "Batman" game from WB Montreal itself. The leak came in a form of a recruitment video where a hooded man with a cape is standing above a city. The dark figure is evidently similar to Batman's character features and it remains to be seen if it's a new game or just a sequel to "Batman: Arkham Origins."

Warner Bros., however, did not confirm this, of course. But this doesn't stop speculations that players would soon get their hands on another Batman game. "Batman Arkham" title or not, fans should save the date now as Warner Bros. seems to be preparing for something huge.
