NVIDIA fans have been looking forward to the release of GeForce GTX 1080 Ti since CES 2017 in January. They are looking forward to the possibility that the much anticipated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI will finally be released at PAX EAST 2017, which will happen on March 10, 2017, in Boston, Massachusetts. This information has been leaked by someone who works for one of NVIDIA'S partners, but no confirmation has made regarding that leak.

There are many speculations that the specs and features of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI will fall between Titan X and GTX 1080, however, the company hasn't given any confirmation regarding that speculation. Fans have to wait a little bit longer to know more about the full detail of specs and features.

This most anticipated GPU will feature a 10 GB of GDDR5 VRAM instead of the GDDR5X from GTX 1080 and Titan X. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI will use the 348-bit memory bandwidth of GDDR5 VRAM which won't affect the performance of the GP102 chip card.

It is further said that compared to Titan X, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI is short of 256 CUDA cores, however, GTX 1080 TI has higher boost clock performance than Titan X with 1623 MHz and the latter is only 1531 MHz. Based on that reason, the GTX 1080 TI is expected to provide more power in achieving 60 fps in 4K gaming resolution, as reported by university herald.

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI will be the next most powerful Pascal-based Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) with the purpose to target gamers who don't want to splurge out money more than $1000 to play 4K games with higher frame rates.

According to Christian post, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI will come with a quite high price. It's predicted that the graphic card will worth between the margin of $630 and $1200. The pricing detail above is not final. We will update more information as soon as the latest update is available.
